Please note that for repairs, the customer will be responsible for covering one side of the logistics cost, while the brand will cover the logistics cost for the other side.

No, the Kivart Warranty only covers defects in materials or workmanship. Any accidental damage or damage caused by misuse is not covered under warranty.

Do I need to register my Kivart product to activate the warranty?

How long does the warranty last?

The Kivart Warranty is effective for one year from the date of purchase, covering all products except neckbands and earphones, which have a warranty period of six months. For speakers, chargers, cables, and true wireless stereo (TWS) devices, the warranty extends to one year from the date of purchase.

Does the warranty transfer to a new owner if I sell my Kivart product?

No, the warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
