REFUND POLICY

 

At Kivart, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service and want them completely satisfied with their purchase.

We will gladly refund every purchase made on kivartlabs.com within 1-day of the order cancellation request. The 1-day clause applies to all requests made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has left for delivery (whichever is earlier ).

In case of returns, We will gladly issue a full refund for any unopened, unused, and returned merchandise with the original packaging and accessories. We will process the refund maximum within 14 working days upon receipt of the return request, or the merchandise is received back in our warehouse ( whichever is earlier)

Things to keep in mind:

1. To process order cancellations or returns and the corresponding refund, contact us at support@kivartlabs.com or raise the same from your kivartlabs.com customer account login.
2. For somebody to qualify for a 1-day refund, the request has to be raised within 24 hours of the purchase.
3. In case of receipt of damaged goods, one must report the same within 24 hours of receipt of the package from our delivery partner.
4. Our team will be responsible for any pick-up from your order delivery address if you intend to return the merchandise.
5. Kivart will not responsible for delay in returns due to bank holidays, natural calamities or any external reasons which is outside our control.
